Our Christmas Schedule

It has been one hectic Christmas week, and the Brazier clan is feeling very blessed this year. To give you a small run down of why Daddy is exhausted and the Brazier Children have been blessed.

Saturday 12/24: Daddy worked 8am-4pm, went home and made food, went and picked up Marcus from his dad, went to Grammies side of the family for Christmas, got home late.

Sunday 12/25: Daddy worked 8am-8pm while Mamma Paige went with Marcus and Pappa to pick up Analyse, Elliot, and Rylee from Mommy. They got back around 5pm and spent time with Grammy, then got home a little bit before Daddy did. We all had fun till bed time, and then Daddy stayed up late finishing wrapping presents.

Monday 12/26: Daddy worked 8am-4pm, and then went straight to Grammy and Pappa’s house for Christmas with Daddies immediate family. Mamma Paige and the kids had been there since 10am already. We ate food, opened gifts, and had tons of fun. We got home around 8:00pm and then did Momma Paige and Daddies gifts for the Brazier Children till about 10:00pm. Kids even got to talk to Mommy on the phone when we finished opening gifts and tell her all about them.

Tuesday 12/27: Daddy worked 8am-4pm, and then went home to get the kids ready to go to Grandpa Ken and Grandma Heidi’s house for Christmas. Were there until a little after 8pm, and then came home with 3 of the 4 kids while the other spent time with his Aunt Hannah because she only in town a few more days.

Wednesday 12/28: Daddy worked 8am-4pm, and Mamma Paige and the kids went to Grandma Pat and Grandpa Tony’s to do Christmas with them. Aunt Darla and Uncle Red were there as well. The kids had a lot of fun there. Then when Daddy got out of work he went home and got the family together to go to Nani Dee’s for a while. The kids opened their gifts with Nani Dee alone while Daddy and Mamma Paige went and walked the mall for a while. Then we all went home and went to bed.

Today, Thursday 12/29: Daddy works 8am-4pm, then we stop by Grammy and Pappas for a last minute gift, then Shanna Banana and Adam are coming over to do Christmas with us.

Tomorrow Daddy doesn’t work and we will be spending the day just having fun and playing around. Daddy is super excited for the down time with the kids.

Today is the day for Christmas with Grammy and Pappa Brazier.

Right now Daddy is writing this from work, but judging by the pictures that Mamma Paige keeps sending to Daddy’s phone, everyone seems to be having a great time.

Daddy has been posting all the photos Mamma Paige sends him to Instagram so we can go back and look at them later.

Daddy can’t wait to get out of work so he can be a part of everything too.

Christmas Day has arrived

Daddy is so excited because now ALL of our Brazier Children are in town at the same time.

Mamma Paige and Pappa took Marcus and went to pick up Analyse, Elliot, and Rylee from Mommies house today. Daddy is stuck at work today so he didn’t get to go but Mamma Paige made sure that everyone got to video chat with Daddy on their drive home.

Soon as they got back into town they went straight home with Pappa so that they could see Grammy first. They will hang out there until Daddy gets out of work and then we will all go home to our place to spend time playing until bed time. Then even more Christmas stuff at Grammy and Pappas tomorrow. Daddy does have to work tomorrow morning, but that’s okay, he will be over as soon as he gets out of work.

Almost Christmas

Daddy and Mamma Paige are so excited to have all the kids here for Christmas again this year. It is such a joy every time they are in town, and so much more of a joy that it is during Christmas. Everyone should keep an eye out for many many updates to the Blog, Facebook, and Instagram during Christmas Break. There will be constant updates.

Smaller posts

Daddy has been so focused on the rest of social media for you guys that he forgets to update the blog that started it all. Thinking maybe instead of big long posts I should just give small daily updates about life and what’s going on with us. I’ll write big posts when big things happen, but for this blog short updates may be the best way to go about it.

Long weekend together

It was great having all the kids here with us last week. Daddy and Mamma Paige drove to Chicago to see and pick up Analyse, Elliot and Rylee. Daddy got to go be the Mystery Guest for Analyses class that day, and really surprised Analyse who had no idea that he was coming.

Then Elliot was super surprised when Daddy came to pick him up from school that day. He screamed so loud he made the teacher jump with surprise.

Then we got back to the house, helped mommy with a few things and drove back to Michigan to spend a few days. We even stopped and tried Chick-fil-a for the very first time, it was really good.

Grammy and Pappa met us at Daddy and Mamma Paige’s house to trade vehicles back and say hello.

Thursday Daddy had to work, and Marcus had school, but the kids had tons of fun with Mamma Paige. That evening Daddy and the kids had a lot of fun playing together. Then we had dinner after Mamma Paige went and picked up Marcus from his extra classes at Civic Theater. Grammy and Pappa stopped by for a while to hang out after taking Uncle Bobo to work.

Friday Daddy worked again, but this time Marcus didn’t go to school so the kids all got to hang out and play together all day long. Daddy brought home pizza with him after work and we sat and ate while we watched TV.

Saturday we had a birthday party for Uncle Benson’s daughter Kadriel, It was at the Lodge, and it was a lot of fun. We were there all day playing and the kids even helped the adults pick up afterwards. When we got home the kids all had Daddy write down his and Mamma Paige’s phone numbers on pieces of paper so that they could memorize them and call whenever they wanted.

Sunday Daddy had to work ALL day, but Mamma Paige and the kids went to Grandpa Kens for breakfast and pumpkin painting. Then A&E&R all headed back to Chicago with Grammy and Pappa and behaved very well on the ride. Analyse called Daddy without any help when she got home to let him know they made it home safe and that she had memorized the phone number.

All in all it was a great extended weekend and Daddy and Mamma Paige can’t wait to do it again soon.

Daddy might come visit

Daddy is working a lot, but in two weeks Daddy gets to go spend time with Analyse at her school, and then MAYBE bring them home with him for a 4 day weekend. Fingers crossed……………..

Daddy is working alot

Daddy is working a lot the next few weeks and I am sorry that I won’t be able to see Analyse & Elliot as much as I would like to. Daddy is picking up these hours so that he can pay off bills and get things ready for the new baby.

Daddy has plans to make a custom bed for the baby, and also a bunk bed for Analyse and the baby. Trying to make the best of the space that we have.

So Daddy loves you very much, and is very sorry he won’t be able to see you for the next few weeks, but I promise that Daddy still loves you and will call you often.

Love our weekends together

We had such a fun time this past weekend. Mamma Paige and Daddy went and picked up Analyse and Elliot from Mommies house on Friday. Daddy even got to walk over to the school and get them straight from school. Then we all drove back and picked up Marcus from Grandma Pats house and went home. We hung out a little bit and then it was bed time. The next morning we all got up went to the Lodge to Grammy and Pappa, Uncle Benson, Mikaedam, Kadriel, and Uncle Brandon for breakfast. Uncle Brent and Auntie Kayla came later with their dogs Aria and Daisy, as well as Pappa Hunny made an appearance. We had so much fun Saturday with the whole family. The girls put on a fashion show with dress up boxes from Grammy, and then everyone got to have an awesome Nerf gun war thanks to Pappa. We had great food every meal and tons of fun playing inside and outside, depending on the rain.

Daddy had to work super early Sunday and Mamma Paige wasn’t feeling good so we went home to bed and left the kids to spend the night with Grammy and Pappa and Uncle Benson and Mikaedam and Kadriel. A little ways after breakfast on Sunday, Mamma Paige and Marcus and Analyse and Elliot all came downtown to see Daddy at work before going to see Grandpa Tony for his birthday. Lots of family was there from Mamma Paige’s side of the family. Then when they were done there they came back and picked Daddy up from work then headed back to the lodge.

We all helped pick up and the Analyse and Elliot said their goodbyes and left with Pappa and Grammy to go back to Mommies because they had school the next morning. All in all it was an awesome weekend and we had a blast.

Family weekend

So Thursday the kids were taken to Grammy and Pappa's by Mamma Paige in the morning and spend the night with them and your cousins.  It was apparently really fun though you guys were so busy with the stuff we had planned when you arrived. Mamma Paige and I met the kids down at the lodge and we had a great time down there Friday and Saturday. We played games, ate great food and even built sand castles. We got to watch Mary Poppins with the family and it was the first time for Aunt Tresa and the cousins. Everyone had a great time hanging out with family. We didn't get any pics or video this time but we had a blast.

Sorry guys

I’m sorry guys. I don’t mean to be so tired all of the time. I don’t like being so tired all of the time. I want to run and play and have fun with you guys. I don’t want to be sitting here with no energy barely awake. I try to play as best I can. I try not to just brush you off or tell you to go do something else. I love when you hang on me, but I just can’t keep the energy up to do it for long. I love when you wrestle with me, but my tiredness makes that hard to keep up with. I love spending all this time with you, and I wish I could do this every day until you are old enough to move out on your own. Daddy is just tired and worn down and I need some patience from you until we can get Daddy into a doctor to figure out what’s wrong. Once we figure out what’s wrong, and Daddy gets back to normal, then we are going to play every day. We are going to run and jump and have a great time. I love you guys so very much, please be patient with me. I know you can’t read this, and by the time you do this will all have passed, but I still want to apologize now. I am trying, I really am.

Busy busy weekend

This weekend we had so much going on but it was so much fun. Grammy and Pappa went Friday to pick Analyse and Elliot up from their mom's house. Marcus had been dropped off Thursday by his dad, and Rylee is staying in Chicago so she can spend time with her Dad. We went out Saturday and spent the day at Riverside Park with a bunch of Daddy and Momma Paige's friends. We were there all day and we had so much fun, and the kids all behaved wonderfully. Sunday was the wedding reception for Mamma Paige and Daddy and it was a hot day. The Lodge has no AC and so even with fans in windows everyone was still sweating pretty hard. Lots of people showed up and hung out and had fun. It was great to see everyone who came and thank them all for wishing us luck. We were there till super late but everyone enjoyed their time together. (Pics of wedding on our Facebook Page.)

Week without kids

Analyse, Elliot and Rylee are home with their mom for a week and Marcus is with his dad for the week. Mamma Paige and I LOVE to have alone time, but it also is so quiet and boring at the same time. There's no one to tuck in at night, there's no one to play lullabies for either. The house is so quite without you guys here, it's almost eerie. Momma Paige has been coming to work with Daddy and having fun hunting for Pokemon downtown. Gets her lots of exercise and allows her to be nerdy as well. Daddy has been working on writing the children's books for you guys, Goosifer&Dave and their misadventures. Can't wait for you to come back for the picnic and Daddy and Mamma Paige's reception. Fireworks

Mamma Paige, Daddy, Marcus, Analyse, and Elliot went down town to watch the fireworks this weekend and had a blast. We got to sit in the grass for a while by Daddy's work but the fireworks were shooting a bit too low to be seen over the Devos Place, so we walked over the Nunzia's restaurant and watched from there where we had a much better view. Mamma Paige's friend Shanna, who the kids call Shanna Banana, had plans cancel on her so she came with us to the fireworks as well. It was nice to see how well the three kids behaved not only in public but with friends around. Rylee stayed with Grammy and Pappa because we were afraid that she would get scared being downtown and with how loud the fireworks can be. (Check the Instagram for pics.)

Haywire Farm Camping

Marcus is with his dad this weekend, but the rest of us got to Haywire Farms in New Era, MI. We had tons of fun out there with the other families and their kids. We got to Feed the Alpacas, we got to Pet the Goats, and we Watched the Pigs (Click the links for YouTube). We caught frogs and camped and had a great time, (Check our Instagram for pics.) We first went to the Silver Lake access to Lake Michigan and swam for a while and that was fun. Then we went to the farm and went to the back of the property where they have set up their own campground area. We had a great time there Saturday playing and eating and just having fun. Saturday night we all slept great, except we woke up in the morning to rain pouring in on us from above. The Haywire Farm owners came and piled all the kids into their van and drove them to the house and started breakfast. Mamma Paige and I saved all the stuff we could and then drove to the house ourselves and helped finish breakfast. It was really nice how everyone worked together to get everybody dry and fed. All in all it was a great time to camp.

Our summer so far.....

So far this summer has been fun, and frustrating, all at once.

Daddy and Mamma Paige love having all the kids here for the summer. Mamma Paige loves getting up in the morning to spend time with all of you, make you breakfast, play games, go for walks, and all kinds of things while Daddy is at work. The only problem arises when you guys decide to not listen to the rules; For example, jumping on beds, hitting each other, talking back to Mamma Paige, saying bad words, and so on. When you guys decide to follow the rules, things go off without a hitch.

We started our summer with a busy weekend. We got the chance to pick some of you up earlier than planned, and so our schedules had to adjust to match. Daddy, Mamma Paige, and Marcus arrived in Chicago on Thursday night after Analyses last day of school. We got Analyse, Elliot, and Rylee from their Mommy’s house and came straight back home to Michigan. Then Friday morning we took Mamma Paige to meet her friends to go to Cedar Point for the weekend, which was part of her Birthday gift from Daddy. Daddy had to work Friday night and Saturday morning, so all of you went to spend that time with Grammie and Pappa. You guys told Daddy later that you had such a blast while you were there.

Saturday night Daddy and the kids came back home and did dinner and baths before bed. We got up Sunday and got ready so that we could go pick up Mamma Paige from her trip, and come home to spend time together relaxing and enjoying being together.

Since then Daddy has worked most days, but has still tried to make sure he makes time to play games and such with you.

You guys got to come see Daddy at work, and swing on the giant tire swing (Video Here). You got to watch Daddy have to shave and then have a bunch of fun making a video out of it (Video Here). We took tons and tons and tons of pictures and Daddy put them all online so everyone could see the fun we all had (Our Instagram). We went to Pappa Hunnies for lunch and played there. You got to see all your cousins (Human and Dog), and all your Aunts and Uncles, and spend time with them. Daddy even was told that you all got to go swimming without him.

All in all, so far, this summer has been a blast and we are just beginning. Daddy can’t wait to see what other things he will post about as the summer goes on. Daddy even made a Facebook page (Brazierchildren) for you guys, and an email (Brazierchildren@gmail.com) as well for any family who wants to email you. Daddy and Mommy both have access to the email.

Today is the 7th birthday of my beautiful daughter. 7 years of wonderful memories that she has given to me. 7 years of being one of the greatest things to ever happen to me. 7 years of making me feel like I have a true purpose in life. 7 years of making me laugh, making my cry, making me happy, making me angry, making me realize how much more intense life is as a parent. 7 years of being in my life and I can't wait for sooooooooo many more years.
