Hello self,
I am writing you today to kindly request that you stop being always so down on yourself.
Now, I know, before you argue with me, it is way easier said than done but please, hear me out.
You have a loving family, a good job, a vehicle, a roof over your head, food in the house, life isn't bad. I know, you don't own your own home, and your car is in need of repair, and you shop at discount stores, and you work lots of hours, and your health sucks. You're right, those things are a pain, and you live your life constantly one missed paycheck away from everything crumbling apart underneath you. However it HASN'T crumbled yet, and you're still surviving, and you can make it through this.
This ISN'T the end, no matter how much your brain lies to you. You can do this. You can make it through, there has GOT to be better days ahead at some point.
This isn't the end of the world. Promise.
But hey, don't take it from me, what do I know, I'm you.
